1. Acceptance

By using Watira or creating an account in it you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

2. Using the app

Watira is a tool for organising your tasks and building habits. You are responsible for your account, your password and what you enter.

Do not try to reach other people's data or disrupt the app or its servers.

3. Trial, subscription and payment

Every new account gets a free trial period in which all features are open. After it, the app remains available with a limited free tier, and the remaining features are unlocked by subscribing to "Watira Pro".

Plans and prices are shown in the app before you buy. The monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the same price unless you turn renewal off at least 24 hours before the period ends. The "Lifetime" plan is a single payment with no renewal.

Payment and cancellation go through the App Store. You cancel in your device's subscription settings, and the features stay until the end of the paid period. Refund requests are made to Apple and follow its policy.

Deleting your Watira account does not cancel a running subscription; cancel it in your subscription settings.

4. Content and ownership

The tasks and habits you write are yours. The Watira name, logo, design and code are protected and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is", and we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions. It is a personal organising tool and does not replace advice from a professional.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or loss of data arising from using the app, and our liability does not exceed what you paid for your subscription in the last 12 months.

6. Changes and ending the service

We may change these terms or the app, and we change the "Last updated" date when we do. We may suspend an account that breaks the terms.

7. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
